Already joined THBPAY? Do this now

Do not panic. Many people joined because a friend sent the link. These steps help you stay safe.

  1. Stop new orders. Do not accept any more "buy" or "sell" orders.
  2. Save proof. Take screenshots of your orders, balance, invite messages and the numbers you sent money to.
  3. Do not add more money to "unlock" a withdrawal. This is a common trick.
  4. Stop inviting people. Tell anyone you invited to read this page.
  5. Turn Google Play Protect back on. Open Play Store → profile picture → Play Protect → Settings → turn it on. Then remove the app.
  6. Change your wallet PIN and passwords if you shared them in the app.
  7. Call your wallet helpline if you see transactions you do not understand: JazzCash 4444 (from a Jazz number), Easypaisa 3737 (from a Telenor number). Check the numbers inside your wallet app too.
  8. Report it. You can report online financial fraud to Pakistan's national cyber crime agency (formerly the FIA Cyber Crime Wing). Use only the official government website.
Be careful of "recovery agents". People who say they can get your money back for a fee are usually another scam.
